Start your underwater adventure with the PADI Open Water Diver course. In just 3 days, you’ll learn the knowledge and skills to dive safely in Cozumel and anywhere in the world.
🤿 Part 1 – Online theory (before you arrive)
Before coming to Cozumel, complete five chapters of online theory. You’ll cover the basic rules of scuba, equipment use, dive planning, physiology, physics, and essential safety techniques.
🤿 Part 2 – Confined water training, Day 1
Your first dives take place in confined water, in the ocean with pool-like conditions. Your instructor guides you through the core skills and teaches you how to handle common situations underwater with confidence.
🤿 Part 3 – Open-water dives – Days 2 & 3
Finally, you’ll complete four open-water dives on Cozumel’s most famous reefs. You’ll put what you’ve learned into practice while enjoying the island’s marine life. If you choose Option 2, one extra dive is included.
